Aromas of apricot, honey, quince and delicate white flowers rise from the glass in layers,
backed by a quiet yet firm presence of cool minerality.
The palate is elegantly rich, dense and deep, yet vibrantly fresh:
the 300 g/l natural residual sugar held in perfect balance by lively, taut acidity — just as in the greatest Tokaji Aszús.
Long, slow, meditative — each moment revealing a new tiny detail.
